The Forrest Yoga teacher training series has been specifically developed by Ana Forrest as her means of "Mending the Hoop of the People". The Foundation and the Advanced teacher training are highly experiential in nature, creating many opportunities for learning and growth.

Morning Asana Intensives:

These intensives, designed by Ana Forrest, will take you on a physical and mental journey deep into the core of your very being. You will create a heightened sense of physical and spiritual awareness while challenging every muscle and cell in your body.

Note: For the Foundation course, the morning meditation and intensive is open to non-trainees. Participants can sign up for the full 22-day series (or a portion, depending on location). Please note that due to the intense nature of this program, no new participants can begin after the first 11 days. This is to protect the integrity of the course for the Teacher Trainees who are in the Intensives and for the safety of all. There are no exceptions to this regardless of yoga skill level - except to those who have successfully completed the Foundational Forrest Yoga Training.

Afternoon Instruction:

Each afternoon is comprised of multiple modalities of learning such as; lecture, class sequencing, communication, practice teaching, writing tasks, ethics, alignment and injury assessment, hands on corrections and many more.
