Veronikaýs yogic journey has been guided and inspired by her will to challenge and heal herself. She started practicing yoga when she needed to gently strengthen her body after chemotherapy treatment and soon learned that yoga is so much more. Her classes are for all levels and inspire her students to feel their own personal boundaries for self-development and create space and lightness in their bodies. Veronika is grateful for the opportunity to share her love and experience of yoga. She is the mother of two small boys. She was born in Denmark and has lived in Iceland, New York, Boston and Rome and is currently living in Copenhagen, Denmark.
