Cindyýs love for physical movement and her deep curiosity and enthusiasm for trying new things led her to discover Forrest Yoga. She began practicing yoga in 2000 and completed the Forrest Foundational Teacher Training in 2007. Little did she know when she embarked on her yoga journey that it would be one of her most transformative adventures. It has brought brightness and sparkling energy back into her life, and she truly enjoys sharing these gifts with others. Cindy offers a safe and compassionate space for students to explore. She encourages them to find stillness, joy, and freedom in their practice and to take the gifts they learn on their mat into the rest of their lives.
