Gary Karten has completed Foundation and Advanced Forrest Teacher Training. His spirit and heart re-awakened through Forrest yoga. He found that he has the ability to teach his students how to mindfully heal themselves through this sacred practice of breath and movement, relaxation, rejuvenation and self-awareness.
