I started attending formal yoga classes in 2004 and completed Forrest foundation training in 2009. I have been an active student of Forrest yoga at Fresh Yoga studio in New Haven, CT since 2006. I am an allergy physician, and am working toward incorporating holistic therapy and yoga into my medical practice.
