Claudia is Brazilian, resident in California, she is a faculty member at San Francisco State University at the Department of Kinesiology. She met Ana Forrest in 2007 in Healdsburg, and graduate in Forrest yoga in 2008. Since then her Ph.D. skills in Kinesiology has been applied to study the effects of Forrest Yoga on physical/emotional injuries. Her classes bring the beauty of Ana Forrest's teachings always respectfully quoted and it embraces balanced energy by working your core strength and grounding your presence (spirit).
