Kirsten has maintained a regular yoga practice for over 12 years, within a year of starting Forrest yoga she has been able to go deeper and discover the limitless potential of her practice. Kirsten feels committed to sharing that "deeper" experience with her students. Kirsten is profoundly thankful to her teachers who continue to light the path ahead.
