Forrest Yoga has, quite simply, changed my life. For the last 15 years, I have experienced a number of sports-related injuries and chronic pain that never seem to fully heal. These injuries include life-long back pain, an injured shoulder, injured knees, and elbow tendonitis. My lifelong back pain disappeared after one week of a beginner Forrest Yoga routine. This healing style of yoga has empowered me ý I am no longer handicapped by these injuries. I finished the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training in August, 2009 and my passion is to now share this healing, empowering yoga with others.
