About Kim:
Born and raised in Mexico. Mother, yoguini and animal lover. Kim believes in the healing power of yoga and the power of colective consciousnes. She is a Forrest Yoga teacher, director and co-founder of YogaInspira and leader in México of Off The Mat Into The World. Forrest Yoga transformed her life guiding her through her own healing and deeper connection with her voice and power. She has been teaching yoga since 2007 and since completing the Advanced and Foundation Forrest Yoga Training (2010 and 2011) she teaches Forrest Yoga in México and now in Argentina, sharing with her students her calm energy, authentic voice and natural hability to adapt the practice to all level of practicioners. In 2016 she taught the first ever Forrest Yoga class at a national Yoga Conference in Mexico!
She is inspired and learns from yoga teachers, midwifes and medicine women: Ana Forrest, Seane Corn, Hala Khouri, Maria Mendiola, Whapio Bartlett and Giitanjali. Kim frequently travels to teach workshops throughout México and travels to the USA to study with Ana and Forrest Yoga mentors. Through YogaInspira she coordinates and teaches free yoga clases in parks and public spaces, including the Museum of Modern Art of Monterrey. She explores the world of femenine spirituality, midwifery and guides women circles. She lives with her partner, and small daughter in Buenos Aires, Argentina but travels regularly to Mexico.
