Vay first stepped into a yoga class 8 years ago and quickly fell in love with how uplifting and centering the practice made her feel. Over the years, she has explored different styles of yoga, always amazed by the healing benefits of the practice. With the desire to expand her knowledge and inspired by the talented yoga teachers from her local studio in London, she completed 2 teacher training courses in 2013 (Therapeutic Mindful Hatha Yoga & Forrest Yoga).
She has always found yoga to be her solace through stressful and challenging times, and since finding Forrest yoga, her practice has shifted and deepened. It has given her tools for life, teaching her to breathe deeper, trust in her authentic self and become stronger both emotionally and physically.
She seeks to share the therapeutic & healing aspects of yoga and teach passionately from the heart, so that each student can experience his or her own yoga journey.
