Forrest Yoga


About Sabrina:
I first came across yoga whilst living in Singapore in 2005. I enjoyed my weekly classes even though everyone else was smiling at my inflexibility ! My yoga practice continued when I moved to the UK, Australia and back to Singapore and lastly back to London.

I have tried many different yoga styles: Bikram, vinyasa, ashtanga, Sivananda, Iyengar, hot power, Jivamukti. A few years back, a friend introduced me to Forrest yoga. At that time I was pretty burnt out from banking and also looking to step up my yoga knowledge, do a teacher training and leave my job to set up my own trading business. With only a few Forrest classes in my pocket, I attended the FYFTT in Chicago in Sept 2015 and have been teaching regular weekly group classes and privates in the West London area since.

Especially during the time when I was still in banking, Forrest yoga made a huge difference to me. I had developed chronic pain in my neck and shoulder area from the constant mouse to keyboard movement of my job - I was permanently in pain. Whilst I left most other yoga classes still in pain, Forrest allowed me to actually relax my neck instead of straining it even more! It felt so good. The core work helped heaps with my lower back pain too !
My classes are for yogis who like to be challenged, work up a sweat, explore new things and have a laugh together.
